CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy — To respect both your time and ours, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be required to reschedule their appointment and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
